While meditation truly is relaxing and soothing, and simple…..it can be quite difficult to find time to dedicate to the practice. The Sunny Soul offers a path to yourself, by building upon what you have already learned, and helping you find ways to deepen your practice.
FUN group experiential meditation and yoga pop-up classes bring levity to what really is one of the most beneficial health habits you can give yourself. The pre-planned or unique pop-up meditation and yoga classes are perfect for a fun night out, a team building experience, or a classroom activity allowing opportunity for connection, reflection, and a deeper knowing of your natural state of being. Relaxed and still!
Private classes are also available for one-on-one yoga and/or meditation classes. Instruction can be in person or remote.

This is an in person or live virtual course. Take a few hours over a weekend to learn your personal primordial sound and how you can use it during meditation to transform your state of consciousness, harness your personal power, improve clarity, and reduce stress.
Primordial sounds – the basic, most essential sound of nature – are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth. You will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within. Through immersive meditation training and your Chopra Center Certified Practitioner, Sunny Lane will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine.
What can I expect?
Session One:
First, you will learn the basic principles of meditation, including its history and the importance of your mantra. Second, you will receive personal instruction one on one by appointment time. You will receive your Primordial Sound mantra in a ceremonial fashion and learn how to unlock its power.
Session Two:
You will learn more about the healing benefits meditation creates for the mind and body. You will have an opportunity to share your experiences and get answers to questions that have come up for you so far in your new meditation practice. The session will end with deeper discussions about the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with regular meditation practice.
